A long-standing commitment to promote diversity and inclusion

Diversity and inclusion have always been integral parts of Hutchinson’s values and operations. These principles are inextricably woven into the Group’s DNA, as reflected in its international presence and business activities.
Employees at the Group’s headquarters were invited to sign the charter to create a strong sense of engagement before taking part in discussions on the key initiatives and objectives.
The charter will be rolled out across all Hutchinson sites, and local signing events have been planned to foster a feeling of shared commitment. The charter is based on an analysis of the Group’s challenges and sets out a clear and ambitious set of guidelines for promoting diversity and inclusion within Hutchinson.

The six pillars of the charter

Hutchinson's Diversity and Inclusion Charter features six key pillars:

  • Guarantee equal opportunities without any discrimination
  • Foster an inclusive work environment
  • Accelerate gender diversity
  • Nurture intergenerational cohesion
  • Reflect the Group’s international dimension through its talented workforce
  • Support employability for people with disabilities
