Statista, a world-class data and statistics platform, and the Financial Times publish an annual ranking of Europe's most diverse companies, called "Diversity Leaders". The ranking is based on an online survey of more than 100,000 employees, evaluating companies on such criteria as age, gender, ethnicity, disability, and sexual orientation (LGBTQ+).
