With a long, international career leading mobility and high-technology engineering firms, Helene Moreau-Leroy joined Hutchinson in 2020. She is also currently Deputy Chairman of the GEAD Executive Committee at GIFAS, a Senior non-executive Director at Arkema and President of the Elanova Foundation.

Body Sealing Systems
With a broad automotive industry experience, including extensive plant-management roles in Spain, Gilles Guérin joined Hutchinson in 2022 and is currently our Executive Senior VP Body Sealing Systems.

Fluid Management Systems
With wide-ranging experience in the steel and automotive industries in the United States and in Luxembourg, Bertrand Jacquier joined Hutchinson in 2022 and is currently our Executive Senior VP Fluid Management Systems.

With in-depth experience in manufacturing and sales, including managing companies in Spain and Switzerland, Jean-Pierre Lemetayer joined Hutchinson in 2014 and is currently our Executive Senior VP Antivibration & Belt Drive Systems.

With comprehensive experience in aviation, aerospace, and defense, Nicolas Orance joined Hutchinson in 2023 and is currently our Executive Senior VP of Aerospace, Defense & Industry.

Precision Sealing Systems
With a global experience at Hutchinson in managing functions and departments including sales, finance and corporate affairs, and more than a decade spent in the United States, Arnaud Vaz is currently our Executive Senior VP Precision Sealing Systems.

With extensive experience in various sectors as Global Chief Procurement Officer working across the world, including Japan, Ireland and Germany, Angéline Bizet-Dumont came to Hutchinson in 2021 and is currently our SVP Purchasing.
William Cazzoli
Performance & Sustainability
With a wealth of experience in the automotive and industrial sectors and an international career that has taken him to Mexico and Brazil, William Cazzoli joined Hutchinson in 2010 and is currently our Chief Performance & Sustainability officer.

Finance & IT
With extensive experience in financial controlling and IT systems, and an international career path spanning from Germany to Cameroon, Franck Dessaintjean joined Hutchinson in 2021 and is currently our SVP Finance & IT.

With comprehensive experience in strategy, product, innovation and M&A, including time spent leading teams in Asia and North America, Antoine Doyon joined Hutchinson in 2022 and is currently our SVP Strategy & Business Transformation.

With a deep experience in engineering and polymers, and a career that has encompassed posts in Singapore, the United States, and Belgium, Alexis Ponnouradjou joined Hutchinson in 2016 and is currently our SVP Research & Innovation.

With 25 years’ experience in international Groups, encompassing leadership posts in Venezuela and Mexico, Guillaume Ropars joined Hutchinson in 2015 and is currently our SVP Human Resources.
