Female representation: Hutchinson steps up its commitment
Reading time: 2 minutes
From March 10 to 14, Hutchinson mobilized its teams around the world to celebrate International Women’s Rights Day and reiterate its commitment to diversity and inclusion. This initiative is consistent with the Group’s ongoing drive to promote a fair and inclusive work environment for all. One of the ambitions in our Diversity and Inclusion Charter is to increase the representation of women at every level of the Group’s workforce. Therefore, we are leveraging International Women’s Rights Day to advance this ambition.

Our objectives for this initiative:
- Raise employee awareness of the importance of promoting diversity and equality in the workplace
- Promote the Group’s diversity and inclusion initiatives and best practices
- Encourage employees to discuss and share their experiences on these issues
To achieve these objectives, Hutchinson has rolled out a varied program of actions across all its sites:
- Informal discussions on local key indicators and sharing views on diversity and inclusion
- Online training for employees on diversity, inclusion and equality in the workplace
- A collaborative workshop to brainstorm and reflect on the issues concerning diversity and female representation, and subsequently develop tangible actions
- A video featuring the Group's key diversity indicators, practical tips and contributions from committed employees
- Inspiring testimonials and career paths
Through this program, Hutchinson is building a work environment where all employees can grow, thrive, and fully contribute to the Group’s success.
