Launch of a Joint Venture between Hutchinson and Hiroshima Kasei

Hutchinson creates a new joint venture with Hiroshima Kasei, located in Fukuyama, Japan. 

The joint venture, named HHSJ (Hiroshima Kasei Hutchinson Sealing Japan) will reinforce Hutchinson presence in Japan. The JV will focus on sales activity, development and production management for body sealing products developed for the Japanese automotive manufacturers.

This joint venture will support the ongoing projects for the Japanese manufacturers by combining both companies’ technology, experience in material, product design and production know how. This joint venture will allow both companies to enlarge their activities in Japan.
