Hutchinson sponsor of Michigan Electric Racing

As part of the partnership with the University of Michigan, Hutchinson is sponsoring a team for the Michigan Electric Racing.
Michigan Electric Racing is a speed race organized by students who design, build and test a Formula 1 electric race car while using and developing the best engineering solutions. For the 2019 season, Hutchinson employees in USA have become sponsors of a team from the University of Michigan.
Teams manufacture most parts internally, including chassis, aerodynamic components, powertrain components, suspensions, and more. The high voltage battery is limited to 300 V and the maximum power that can be supplied is 80 kW.
