At Hutchinson, we are committed to professional equality between men and women. Leveraging our global presence, we are constantly striving to improve access to employment for women in countries where they are under-represented in the workplace.

In 2023, women made up 40% of our global workforce and account for 25.5% of our managers worldwide.

Since 2021, the representation of women on the Group's Executive and Operating Committees has risen sharply, with 17% and 15% representation respectively, including Hutchinson’s Chairman and CEO, Hélène Moreau-Leroy.

Local communities

Hutchinson is committed to supporting the local communities everywhere we operate, fostering growth and prosperity, while partnering with local NGOs. We give active and ongoing support to more than 300 social initiatives each year, in areas including environmental protection, social care, clean energy and water access.
