Midé is an advanced engineering company based in Woburn, Massachusetts, specializing in smart material technology and mechatronics, and serving a wide range of markets (Automotive, Aerospace, Marine, Defense, Industry...). This transaction will significantly expand our materials science and system capabilities. It will enable a better positioning to address emerging trends and contribute to enlarge the Hutchinson portfolio.
