Since 2002, Hutchinson has been providing young European graduates aged 18 to 28 with offers under the VIE (Volunteer for International Experience) program, unique opportunities to experience a mission abroad for a period of 6 to 24 months.
This system is a means to strengthen the internationalization of our teams and meet the needs of our sites while offering young professionals an exceptional experience.
Since the program was launched at Hutchinson, 161 volunteers have gone on missions in 19 countries. There are currently 21 volunteers in 10 countries. The type of missions proposed mainly concerns engineering and sales work.
