Hutchinson reached an agreement to acquire Midé Technology Corporation, an engineering company specializing in smart material technology and mechatronics.
The company, based in Medford, MA (USA) and employing around 50 people will enhance and accelerate Hutchinson's expertise in high value content solutions.
The acquisition is subject to clearance from relevant authorities in the USA.
